New talk group

00-002 came up on the Topperwein site tonight and it sounded like sapd info. In fact, she said "officer calling on info go ahead". A few more words and then it cut out. Is this some kind of system skip? I have also been getting e-tones on 02-000 on the same Topperwein site. Mostly just the e-tone and fire tone but on Sat night I got a full e-tone for a RBI on central. Any ideas why this is happening? I'm using a BC245 w/o any computer help. Just wondering-

02-000 is the SAPD fleetwide channel, so all E-tones will go out on this talkgroup. It appears that sometimes they will go out in analog, and sometimes in digital.

All of the "tones" will go out in analog always.
