here is a link (right click, save as) for the recorded I/Q file from SDRSharp (can be played back in SDRSharp for analysis)
http://scpdny.com/SDRSharp_20151017_235935Z_460937000Hz_IQ.wav
the receiving location is zip code 11946, suffolk county, long island, ny.
i keep receiving these randomly timed very short sporadic bursts of data at different signal strength levels indicating that there is more than one device operating at different locations.
all of them start off slightly above their operating frequency which seems to indicate these devices are on battery operation and all of them are slightly off operating frequency.
the attached I/Q file is from one received with good signal strength.
im not having good luck attempting to identify what device is operating at this frequency but a hunch says it may be the sending units from a wireless weather station or a wireless motion detector for an in home security system (i believe its the latter).
can you help identify what this is ?

thanks but i already know that info from looking it up however, i was more curious as to what type of device is operating on this frequency.
from observation though, i would tend to believe its wireless devices for a home alarm system such as a battery operated motion detector, given the extremely random nature of transmission from the devices being received on my SDR and the fact that late at night, the random transmissions nearly cease, i think i have probably more or less answered my own question although i was looking for confirmation from other individuals as well, is why i started the topic.
