So, I know Ridge and Superior is on Diga-Talk. Superior's helo uses StarComm. Does anyone know what ATEC, Advance EMS of Dixon or OSF Lifline Ambulance is using for communications?

OSF Rockford is in the Winnebago county database. Not sure about other areas.

When I did some of my Paramedic internship with them about 10 years back, Advance EMS of Dixon used 155.2200. That was mainly for quarters-to-ambulance comms. There was not much in the way of dispatch traffic, as many of their calls came in over the phone.

So, They didn't have pagers or dispatch center or anything like that.

They did not carry pagers. Their main service was providing inter-facility transfers, so local hospitals and nursing homes just called in on the phone. They did back up municipal EMS with mutual aid and intercepts, but I believe those came in via phone as well.
