Hello all,
I'm back after selling my two PRO-668's and Unication G4 last year and leaving the hobby due to the P25 LSM distortion all around me from my SE Portland listening location. I just purchased my first Uniden, an SDS200, from HRO in Tigard this past weekend. I purchased it with the GPS dongle too. I have ProScan mostly configured for remote streaming and control, and now will get on to learning how to use Sentinel and make Favorites. I did update the scanner's firmware and database successfully, and wired LAN connected the SDS200.

So far, just the default GPS Favorites programming is set up, and that is giving me a large sampling of all the agencies in my area to listen to. It's great to just plug in the GPS dongle and turn on the radio, and it automatically sets up for local talkgroups and frequencies for me to listen to. It's too much in total to just follow a single conversation, but it has given me something to listen to out of the box and a sampling of the audio quality and all that I can hear just using the included back of set antenna. I'm sure when I get an outside the house antenna up, there will be so much more available to listen to.

I'll have to review all the threads here in the Oregon Radio Discussion Forum and catch up from being a year away.

Thanks, jeb2942, for your broadcastify feed that I've been listening to for this past year without having my own scanner. I really like and appreciate you sharing your feed.
