I just pick up a dig scanner and was trying to find what site i need to put in to hear imp co. I live like 10 miles north of the co line in riverside co on highway 79. i look in the datebase and could not find what info i needed

If you are in Riverside County about 10 miles north(west) of the San Diego / Riverside County line, you are in an area where you most likely will not hear the RCS. The closest RCS sites to you are in the NorthEast zone of the RCS, which only carries San Diego County traffic.

Black Mountain site can be heard from Blythe.

No doubt.
However, SR 79 about 10 miles n/ the county line puts him about 135 miles west of Blythe, between Temecula and Aguanga.
