Over last year or so I've been "researching" (for lack of a better word) STC's NXDN radio system. In my 436 and 536 I have programmed the info from the database as a conventional system. Was getting transmissions but seem to be cutting out a lot. During the process I had a Middle Sackville frequency on hold and a talkgroup ID popped up,
A dim light bulb came on and went on TAFL and look the frequency. As a result I discovered 4 sites, there is another tower site in Chezzetcook ( 152.3450 / 157.9200) . Since all sites included Lat & Long co-ordinates . I created a 4 site NXDN 4800 system to see what, if anything happened. I turned on the ID search and a couple of transmission's plus an ID number of "0" and started hearing conversations.
Still trying to fine tune my findings. But I'll be submitting what I have to date.
