IMPD Feed Issues or Encryption?

Hello all. I noticed in the last week that some communications on some district channels for the IMPD scanner feed on Broadcastify are garbled. Others are not and so the scanner jumps and it’s hard for me to tell if it’s encryption or possibly an issue with the antenna or SDR capturing it? Or is there an issue or interference with a simulcast location?

Feed issue most likely. Coming in fine on my APX.

Thank you. I was guessing that. I’m not sure how often the host reboots the computer or if maybe an antenna got altered
