IMPD Officer hit by car, suspect shot

An officer who responded to a disturbance at a bar/club (Lizards). The officer tried to stop the suspects of the complaint and they jumped in a car and stuck the officer as they fled. Officers tracked down the suspects nearby and the driver was shot by an IMPD officer. The officer who was struck by the car has non life threatening injuries while the suspect is critical.

The female officer who was struck is reported in good condition this morning. The suspect, also female underwent surgury over night. She's a habitual traffic offender and may face attempted murder charges.
