Imperial County 700 mgz

Found these 700 mhz frequencies in Imperial County.
I Live just west of El Centro and pick these up with just original antenna.
Can anyone help with these frequencies.
I can hear SD RCS. San Diego and Imperial Countys.(sd east,el centro,superstition and black mtn sites)
I also am able to hear Riverside County EDACS from Palmdesert and,Indio Sheriff.
I can hear some traffic in 700 mhz that i don't hear on SD RCS 800's trunking.
I also hear some spanish. Sounds like they are from Mexico. Don't sound like law enforcment.
I'm scanning with 1 pro 164, 1 pro 163 and new this May,1 pro 106.
not easy with only 1 digital scanner.
hope someone can help with these.

You might try checking to see if some of that is Riverside County's new system. They have some sites near the county line that would be heard in El Centro just fine.

Also these are the input frequencies. The output is 30 MHz lower and will probably give better results.

It could also be images of 800MHz trunk system(s). Or multiple sites of an 800MHz trunk system. (31 frequencies is more than a single site can have is it not?)
