I would like to use SDRTrunk. Is there any way to import the files from Unitrunker to SDRTrunk? The reason: I don't want to use the RRDB import feature. I use my own naming scheme and would like to keep intact.

No, not directly. You'd have to figure out some way to convert your Unitrunker export (Excel would be preferred) to the XML format SDRTrunk is looking for. In fact, there's no import function for SDRTrunk so you'd have to create a file in the same format as SDRTrunk's playlist file and manually copy/paste the entries.

I wrote a very basic program to read a csv file saved from excel and output a text file but it was quick and dirty so it only did a basic job and the result still had to be pasted into the SDRTrunk XML then each one edited for monitoring / recording etc etc.... I may give it a bash at writing a new one over the next week or so as I have a lot more Talkgroups and Radio IDs stored in excel that are not in my SDRTrunk file.. I also run Unitrunker 2.10 so I should be able to get the structure from those files to convert.
