This guy sure seems to get himself in the News a lot

You dont know the half of it.
He is a very powerful force it seems here in Ontario.
He did 'stuff' with police stats when he worked at 31Division(Metro Toronto Police Jane & Finch area) many years ago, & looked like a sad puppy whe he was ousted by Toronto's current (but now on his way out mayor) about 6 years ago.
He also was involved in a long expensive court case with the OPP.

If it really mattered to you google his name you will find all his successes and failures (depending where you stand politically).
