Is there such an antenna that is designed for indoor use?
I live in Queens, NYC and purchasing the Icom 7300 only for receiving purpose and my lease says I can not have any outdoor antennas. Can anyone recommend something that will work?

I would second the idea of a loop. I use an inside loop for utility dxing and have had excellent results with it. I've tried a commercial loop that was a big disappointment. Currently use an excellent loop made by W6LVP that I like a lot. www.w6lvp.com

I definitely will look into that. I live by a large park in Queens, directly over approach and departure flight paths coming into JFK, LGA. So I am hoping to be able to get decent Rx.

Also off topic. But I am looking into control software and a control dial. I’m interested in the RC-28 dial and the RS-BA1 software. Are these able to be used with an IMac?
