Some finds made while traveling through the Indy area:
407.8375 NAC 174?
408.0375 NAC 263, hospital???
409.1000 DMR color 1, near airport, "outbounds"
410.8000 NAC 201, encrypted

408.0375 is VAPD Dispatch at Roudebush. They will occasionally check in on SAFE-T too, but I mostly hear Brownsburg clinic units on that TG. 407.8375 is Roudebush VA Maintenance and the db shows the NAC as 293, but it's possible they could have changed. 409.100 is most likely the USPS Airport Mail Center on Perimeter Road. That would explain the mention of "outbounds." 410.800 could be anything. I'm guessing FPS or USPS Postal Inspectors since FBI and the like are mostly VHF around here.

410.8000 MHz, N201 is definitely Federal Protective Service, Region 5 - FPS Frequencies

Rumor was the VA Maint changed the NAC from $293 to $174 for 407.8375 due to interference a few years ago.
IF nearby maybe listen to the input to actually confirm which VA site is using this one.

$263 is the VA Police

the DMR is likely the USPS , one of their Sorting Centers - see if you can narrow down the actual site.
Some have closed the Airport Sorting/Processing and consolidated

and as others point 410.8000 is FPS aka Federal Bldg Police

I noticed TSA now carrying Motorola APX radios which made me wonder if they switched from 169.2625 P25 ENC I heard them using Jan 2021.

I searched and found a strong repeater on 407.775 P25 ENC. @milf Can you log on that frequency and see what NAC it is?

I bet I can get that repeater from Speedway. Didn't expect IND to switch to UHF this soon. I figured only the major hubs would switch.

407.775 is usually a USPS postal inspection service repeater freq with a 482 NAC. A NAC confirmation will help narrow it down, but don't write off the usual TSA VHF freq yet.

I was at INDY this past Fall and while in the Security line, TSA was chatty on the radio. No sooner did I sit down, pop open the scanner.... silence for 3 hrs - Happy hunting

I just saw that @west-pac reported hearing 407.775 NAC 482 in East Central IN.

320xxxx is the Indianapolis Field Office Covering the counties of Boone, Clinton, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Shelby, and Tipton As to where this repeater is, I would suggest more listening and see if they slip up on the channnel name/location or you can...

To avoid cross posting, here's my latest findings on TSA at Indianapolis Airport:

USSS not TSA anything major going on in your monitoring area during that first week of Aug 2017 ??? My Birthday :D Other than that, I don't recall anything. But yes there may have been a visit that required the Charlie repeater to be mobilized. I have seen many NAC's used from 1-9 by Charlie-Xray
