It seems that (as previously stated), HFD EMS operates on talkgroup 2400.
As the guy did too, I compared talkgroup transmissions with my NAS XTS5000 on the PACMERS system and saw that they both start and end at the same time.
HFD EMS also crosspatches onto the PACMERS 2CF system
Instead of the old tac/ops channels on the legacy EDACS system, they share with HFD's B[X]-Tac[X] channels. As of right now I'm unsure what the B-Tac talkgroups are on the P25 system
