Info from 2019 Southeast Arizona Incident Organizer. I will just post the items that dont seem to match the Radio Reference Database. Maybe someone can confirm some of this.

Coronado National (Natl) Forest - they also do simplex ops on 171.6375 and 172.275 with no PL

Coronado Natl Forest - Tac 1 - 167.55 - Tac 2 - 168.675 - Tac 3 - 168.775 - maybe just mobiles and portables - maybe shared across all of AZ and NM

Coronado Natl Forest - Portable Repeater 1 and 2 - 168.15 R - 172.275 input - 'Rptr 1' input is 141.3 - 'Rptr 2' input is 156.7 - this is inverse of the Fire Net repeaters - ???

Tohono O'Odham Indian Reservation - wildfire ops apparently - Kitt Peak Repeater - 169.625 R - PL 167.9 - 164.675 input - (they also do simplex ops on 169.625 with no PL)

Saguaro Natl Park - 171.1625 R - 164.775 input - 4 repeaters - P25

Chircahua Natl Monument - 171.725 R - PL 110.9 - 172.525 input - (they also do simplex ops on 171.725 with no PL)

Buenos Ares Natl Wildlife Refuge - 164.625 R - NAC 0257 - 163.15 input

Safford BLM - apparently listed as BLM Wildfire East at Radio Reference - 173.825 R - 166.3125 input - Tac 2 shows as 170.025 now - portable repeater is 168.35 R with 163.10 input with PL 162.2 on the input

SE Zone - air to air - 135.625 - 126.975

SE Zone - air to ground - 167.475 - 168.6625 - 166.925

AZ State Forestry - MTAC 3 - 159.24 - is primary channel for State hand crews

Buenos Aires Refuge has Engine 2143 (Type 4 - medium) + Engine 2163 (Type 6 - small)

Chiracahua Natl Monument has Engine 512 (Type 6)

Good information, thanks!! Yes, the 3 tacs are USFS Region 3 (Southwest Region) (AZ & NM) wide assignments.

The southeast zone includes the Coronado NF and the Gila District of the BLM. The district has 2 field offices, Safford and Tuscon. I'll try to attach a copy of the BLM AZ map. I'm a newbie on this site so wish me luck. Wow, not hard at all. The first shows the districts and the 2nd will show the field offices, with no district info on it. Thanks to my dad for keeping up with these types of maps.

The BLM districts in Arizona don't necessarily line up with the dispatch zones in the state, most especially when looking at the Gila District of the BLM. Here is a dispatch zone map for AZ & NM:
