Voice traffic is extremely rare on any site
Five of those bases are within range here and each has its own site number and matching color code.Yeah it'd help to provide DSD+ event log window screenshots & frequency each log pertains to. Make sure to check Window (menu) > Event Log > Show All Traffic / Background events if not already checked
And the license link for those playing at home. I counted 6 fixed bases. You're certain all "rest channels" are coming from the same site?

Is it possible they are mainly using the system to transmit data? Do you see many data calls?
Asked and answered.I would guess that they are still setting up the system. Some of the licensing changes are from the end of 2025 and into 2025.
Are the 3 frequencies monitored from 3 different FCC listed sites or 3 freqs from one of the licensed sites?
Then they are probably only in some sort of test stage and they might not even have the proper gear yet to combine them into one single site, if that are what they are planning. When I commission a site I let it run using a test/demo frequency to check how the coverage are, preferable in analog carrier squelch repeater mode to listen for any interference, and wait for any frequency approval to get cleared and/or a landline to be installed. So far, I am not seeing any traffic other than beaconing on any site.
