Heard this at 1147UTC this morning on 7.044 MHz: "BSA5 BSA5 BSA5 de TP4C TP4C V." Must be a recording because it loops over and over. Was reported a few years ago as possibly military comms.
Interesting. When I used to monitor the 40 meter ham band every morning I heard a lot of strange stuff.... from pirate hams to Russian channel marker SLB's.
