interference or ?????

03-21-13_1038851Hz here's a short snippet of baseband here in milwaukee. I'm new to listening to the lower frequencies on an rtl-sdr (just got my ham it up plus upconverter which goes all the way down to 300hz) so I need help getting started here. Can anyone tell me whether or not I've got just a ton of noise or if it's something of interest?

it's not audio, it's baseband. Download SDR# and set source to baseband. It's literally a recording of the RF itself.

There's a very small whistle that could be a birdie from the up-converter. Have you got a real HF receiver to listen to that frequency?
