Is it possible for someone to interfer with your audio on your Satellite ? I am getting interference though my Tv . It is not like a ham where it is clear it is a CB or Ham . It is more like it's part of the show except it has nothing to do with the show . More like someone is on the phone talking . Could someone do this on purpose ? Or a cellular phone causing this ? Could someone tell me if I can get a filter ?
I checked and my Sat is grounded and everthing properly. Any help would be appreciated .

I suppose it is POSSIBLE... But highly unlikely. There is one of two options:

1. The strange audio is un-intended, but originates from your programmer, this is really the only way that this could happen in a digital satellite signal.

2. HIGHLY UNLIKELY - You have a bad piece of coax from your box to your analog TV, where a locally strong signal is getting in...

What are they talking about? Does it sound like it might be one side of a 2 sided conversation? (listening to my wife and I on the phone might actually sound like a one sided conversation as I generally dont actually have to say anything  ).

I did get a new reciever my other one direct tv sent an upgrade to the programmer and it messed up the reciever so Direct tv sent me a new one . Shortly after this started happening . You think it could be two stations combining ? My system is an HD DVR . Should I call Direct Tv and ask them what to do ?

I dont know what the equipment is capable of. I would assume that if that were true, it would need at least 2 tuners to pull that off successfully.
