Could a SDR sitting 2 to 3 inches right beside a SDS 200 cause interference on certain frequencies the reason I'm asking is the P25 system that I monitor the CC is 853.8625 I get 5 signal bars and 859.9625, 859.2625, 854.9875 and 856.2375 also has 5 bars then 851.875, 852.1875, 852.450 and 852.550 some of those have 0 to 2 maybe 3 bars is it the system or interference I moved the antenna that didn't help

If conditions don't improve when you turn the SDS200 off or by moving the SDR further away from it then I'd rule out the 200 as the culprit. Do the zero to three bar frequencies come in stronger on the 200?

If you have the waterfall display on your SDS200, you could check those frequencies to see if another frequency close by is causing it. Thats the nice thing about the waterfall display, to help determine if other frequencies are causing issues.

I was talking about the SDS 200 doing that here are the frequencies 853.8625 CC, 859.9625, 859.2625. 854.9875, 856.2375 have 5 bars then 851.875, 852.1875, 852.450, 852.550 these fluctuate from 0 to 3 bars, I moved the SDS 200 but it's still the same, the antenna I'm using is a PCTEL 18 element 16 dbi

The system with the 859.xxx frequencies is not a NPSPAC system and isn't required to maintain a certain signal level outside of its municipal boundaries. The system that uses the 851.xxx and 852.xxx frequencies is a NPSPAC system and IS and by design required to limit its overall ERP and how much signal level goes outside of its municipal boundaries. You are seeing the difference between the two different designs. I would say that nothing is broken or interfering with you.

If you are using the same antenna how are you sharing the antenna?
