Pro-96: intermittent display problem

I have a RS PRO-96 and it works great. Issue is the display becomes unreadable sometimes. IF I take the 4 screws out of the case and press a bit on the circuit boards it comes back completely. Anyone have this problem and hopefully a common solution?

Most likely the ribbon cable is loose in the holder, it is a common problem with these as well as the 97. There are some posts about this in the forum.
