Fort Worth would be the closest Law Enforcement Agency with a helicopter. Perhaps they contacted a local rancher with a helicopter for assistance. Many ranchers use them now to manage their herds.

Thanks, I had to leave and when I returned all was quiet on the SO channel! Maybe the FWPD chopper, who knows! I head the lead deputy double check that all the drones were down before the chopper took off! Naked...the only way to stay cool here today!!!!!
