I have been here in UIHC for the last week. I have the following notes of reception.
the old Iowa City trunked system seems to only have two users left:
Cambus, UI Parking Enforcement and UI Motor Pool
UIHC's LTR as these additional TG's noted: 0-13-233 at night seems to be security related, during the day admin, security and mint. traffic has been heard. 0-13-106 might be housekeeping.
For the new Johnson Co system, I have the following:
52329 "- in Quarters" all I have heard
52534 " Clean off the Grass and grease all the grease points you can find on it"
52005 this is listed as unknown interop and I have heard but can't make out the transmission. But is not encrypted.
Other notes:
Memorial Union 453.275 R (100.0)
Also had a user on brown dot 464.500 (218.1) might be related to sports activities as mention of the "playing field" Also heard the beeping noise from construction equipment in the background. So maybe related to the new Childrens Hospital across from the Kninick Stadium.
I have not been able to monitor RACOM or the other trunked systems, except for Business Radio Communications' LTR system but have not noted any interesting users
