Is the Iowa DOT plows/crews fully on ISICS or are they still using their individual frequencies for each repeater?

Not exactly 100% on ISICS. The end loaders don't have radios in them. The end loaders still use VHF handhelds to talk to the trucks when they come in for sand/salt.

They are using talkaround/direct. They are not using the VHF repeaters.

They are slowly switching the end loaders over to ISICS radios. This is from a friend who works for the DOT.
