Irmo PD 800mhz channel 2

I was wondering how someone was able to obtain the information for Irmo's 800 channel 2. As of 12-22-04 the channel is still inactive on there 800's. Any attempt to key up gets a beeping noise. No administrative units can even use this channel. I guess what I want know is it possible to obtain the correct information to listen in on a channel that's not even active.

So I assume you have a WT with talk group 50656 that want key up the repeater?? Well then it has not been turned on yet. When its ready for use you should be able to key it up.
