Former resident of Humboldt county, was visiting for a funeral and never heard Eureka PD once. I know Eureka, Arcata and Humboldt Fire went digital 2-3 years ago. And I could pick up Arcata and Humboldt Fire with my Uniden SDS200, but over about 3 days I never heard Eureka once. So I'm assuming it went encrypted but just wanted to check with locals. Database just says P25, not P25E. Thanks
