I’ve heard about the TLC but don’t live in New York so not entirely sure what they are or what they do.
I know there’s something to do with taxis and that’s about it.
Are they worth listening to?

OK. Well in Upstate NY TLC is an ambulance agency that covers multiple counties.

It's just car stops, never seemed interesting to me.

You wont hear anything other than a car stop and reg run. I use to work for TLC until 2016. Nothing interesting at all. The rest of the operations get run by cell phone and computer after the initial stop.
I use to run registrations for compliance, Terrible place to work for. Unorganized and overburdened.
