Sentinel: Is Sentinel 3.01 Corrupt?

I have a SDS100 & BCD436HP. I just downloaded Sentinel 3.01 and did a master data base update & firmware update for the SDS100.

It deleted all my favorites (yes I have them saved on the computer) and I did a full reset on BOTH Scanners and formatted BOTH SD Cards then re-wrote to each scanner (making sure the target model is correct for each one).

Still Nothing. No Favorites are being saved/sent from the computer to the scanner. Is 3.01 corrupt? My next idea is to downgrade back to 3.0. Any ideas?

Both worked fine until I downloaded Sentinel 3.01

Check your profile. Are both monitors and DOWNLOAD checked?

Huh. I've been using Sentinel 3.01 since it came out a few months ago across multiple scanners including the 100 and 436 and have not had any issues with the favorites being deleted off my computer unless I manually delete an old favorite. In addition to checking that both MONITOR and DOWNLOAD is checked like @nessnet just posted, where do you have Sentinel installed? Locally on your hard drive or on Microsoft One Drive? Not sure that is the issue, but I have seen One Drive cause weird things in the past.

The Monitor and Download were at “OFF”. I fixed it to “ON” as you suggested and this fixed the error.
