I was getting the Spartanburg site but I'm not getting a good signal it, I'm getting a signal from the Laurens site the antenna is in the same place has something changed or the tower having problems it's the site on Gowens Road

Spartanburg is made up of simulcast sites. You could be facing simulcast distortion if you're within monitoring range of two or more towers on the cell and not using a Uniden SDS100 or SDS200 to monitor
This is technically true, but this image is misleading because of the way the licensing is handled. There are several different licenses that cover the Spartanburg simulcast site, from at least two different agencies. The Spartanburg site is composed of two towers - one on Gowan Road to the south, and one at Fairforest to the north. These licenses also cover the sites at Thicketty Mtn in Cherokee Co, Hogback Mtn in Greenville Co, and Laurens. These three sites are all single tower sites and use their own unique sets of frequencies.
