Is there a way to Stream my Broadcast from my RTL-SDR stick?

After countless hours of trial and error. I got the Richmond/san Pablo California Emergency scanner Feed running using 2 RTL SDR Usb Sticks. Now, How can i run this through Broadcastify so i can listen on my phone?

This Feed includes Richmond / San Pablo Police, fire, ambulance, Sheriff, and more. i plan on running 24/7

If i cant, i will run the live feed through youtube as an alternative.

Route the audio from your voice VFO/dongle to scannercast and off you go....

its finally up. had issues that was hard to figure out. cause while it played fine on my pc, streaming only had static. im glad to say the bugs have be squashed ... and my california feed is now online.

only problem is my feed has Pittsburgh, but its only richmond/sanpablo no way to edit this...???

Is there a way I can download a canned image for my Pi 3? All of this crap is confusing and making me pull my hair out. I would rather just log in, change the frequencies and Broadcastify server info and walk away from it. I see lots of guys claiming that after months of work they have theirs working great. It would be nice if they could upload an image so each n00b doesn't have to suffer like they did...
