Is there really anybody out there

I was wondering, is there anyone who has been able to find the right frequencies and or the right LCNs to actually monitor anything realm from fort riley?

I realize that their edacs system is probably encrypted and i wouldnt hear much anyway, but i have tried all sorts of frequencies and LCNs from various sources including RR and have yet to ever hear anything.

Im pretty sure I programed everything right each time, but still nothing, if anyone can help, that would be great ,

I live betwee wamego and manhattan so I dont think signal strength is the issue either,.
