Is this GATRRS or LCRA?

I'm out fishing for new CC's again, and stopped on 774.78125 At a quick glance you'd say this is is the fredericksburg site on LCRA P25 as shown in the RR database and in the Texas DPS final showing .pdf, but the SDS200 shows the NAC of 130h and Sys ID of 13Eh which is GATRRS. I hooked up Pr096Com and it says it's also says GATRRS System 13E Site 058. all of the freqs are the same as the LCRA page. is this now a gatrrs site? I've been watching it for 30 mins and there has been 0 activity, no affiliations and also no adjacent site info is given.

I’m not sure what is going on. I had a new LCRA site 160-60 pop up on the neighbor list of Creedmore reporting 770.71875 as the CC. I didn’t find it on the air though. With the Stonewall and Mason sites recently coming online they are definitely expanding coverage westwards from Blanco but how much and where is the question. With that said I’ll run DSD on some of the surrounding sites here and see if anything has changed. I can pick up LCRA Boerne, Bergheim, Luckenbach and Smithson Valley from my house out northeast of Boerne, and I can pick up GATRRS Blanco favorably and Johnson City weakly.

I’ve checked Blancos GATRRS site and there are no new neighbors. I’ve checked Boerne and Luckenbach on LCRA and Fred is still showing as a neighbor on 773.56875. I can’t pick up Fred or Stonewall from here unfortunately.

no signal on 773.56875 from the desk, i'll take an sds100 up on the balcony in a few mins and also try again later tonight. if you want, send a list of freq's you want me to check. I was very surprised the old lcra site is now showing gatrrs.

ok just checked real quick, it breaks the squelch, but very very weak, -114dBm, not even enough to register a SysID on the sds100. I could try the Pro96 but doubt it would be any better than the SDS, you never know. I'll try again later tonight.
