99-0004 now flying with Callsign Venus94, VENUS callsigns are usually used by SAM acft w/o VIP, with TEAM 21 87-0121 KC10A 305th AMW Joint Base-McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NJ and Topcat 4 60-0366 KC135R 108ARW/141ARS NJ ANG Joint Base-McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NJ , maybe pilot/refueling training

99-0004 does not have refueling capabilities that I know of. Many of the 737, 757 type aircraft using the Venus callsign practice ILS approaches - touch and go's etc to maintain currency for their pilot crews. They use Atlantic City, Wilmington DE, Salisbury MD, and Dover AFB on a regular basis.
