I have picked up the ISP twice with a frequency counter. I saw both officers talking on the radio so I know for sure who it was. Once was in the Indiana Govt Center and the other was on I-65. Once they were transmitting on 812.2375 and the other 813.2375. It appears to be a trunked system but I can't find anything in the RR database. Does anyone know anything about these frequencies?
Thanks.

ISP Frequencies

That's what I thought. These are not the same as the Safe-T frequencies. I did find them in the FCC database as assigned to the ISP.

Those frequencies are input frequencies to a trunked radio system.

806Mhz-824Mhz is low-power land mobile radios for trunking; apply the standard duplex offset for 800Mhz trunking and that gives you an output band of 851Mhz-869Mhz, which is the 800Mhz trunked band.

Specifically, the frequencies you captured would convert to 857.2375Mhz and 858.2375Mhz. These are SAFE-T frequencies from the Senate Ave. tower in Indy. 858.2375 is also used on the Wanatah tower in LaPorte county.

When I mentioned the "standard offset" for 800Mhz, I meant to mention that it is 45Mhz. If you get a closecall hit again for anything in the 806-824 range, just add 45Mhz to it and you'll have the output channel... also, I think the 396T has a "repeater reverse" function where you can hit a button and it will offset the frequency by the standard offset for the band and let you hear the traffic on the output channel. I don't know if it works in closecall mode though.
