ISP Plate Change

I saw an ISP car in my town with a new license plate. Formerly 7 K 2, Canine officer. He now has O K 4 O D. Does anyone know what these designators mean?

We have another K 9 car with 7 K 2.

Ocean-King (O-K-xx) is assigned to the Command Unit as a K-9. Not assigned to a Troop anymore. Can be used statewide if needed

I did a triple take when I saw the plate.
