Issues with P25?

Hey All! So I live in Warren County, Ohio and the local agencies are using a P25 system. I have a Radioshack Pro-651 and am having issues picking up anything that is trunked. I'm sure I may be missing something. The scanner does great at picking up the few conventional frequencies I have programmed. I am using the program cable I purchased with the scanner at Radioshack with the software it came with to load frequencies. I have loaded everything that radio reference shows under the trunked system for the county. I have only picked up one frequency that is digital. I did a comparison with a live feed and was missing a lot. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

If you are picking up one or a few talk groups I would run it in search mode if you can and see what that gives ya

Which Warren Site?

Do you have both MARCS-IP Warren P25 Sites programmed into your 651? I see that the Warren Simulcast 800 Mhz Site(s) has a large number of Talk Groups. The Warren Lebanon (Monroe) 700 Mhz Site has just 6 Talk Groups.

What also would be helpful is to know what software you used to download the Warren system(s) and configure your scanner.

I think you may have mis-read bretakawilly's post.

First: It looks like you sent files for Warren City which is near Akron (north eastern ohio). Bretakawilly lives in South Lebanon which is in Warren County (southern ohio near Dayton & Cincinnati).

Second: You sent two files, one of which is for the Uniden 996. The other (gr5) could work with the Pro-651, if that's the software bretakawilly has. Does Radio Shack bundle ARC500 with the Pro-651?
