This is getting more and more frustrating. Every time I try to upload stuff to my scanner, it gives me an error 203 on 5 groups now (it used to be 2). I know I didn't exceed the limit of groups and channels. I even checked the statistics, and they show nothing wrong with my config. Why does it keep doing this?

Link to said "Groups and sites"?

And maybe upload your ProScan file for others to look at.

Trying to figure out your quick key structure, maybe fill us in on the rhyme and reasoning behind using same quick key numbers in different areas.

Don't know what you did or how you imported the channel information, but it was messed up on those 5 groups. Had to completely rebuild them for you. Took 3 Hours to figure out the mistakes and then fix each one. Tested the file on my own 325P2 and uploads fine with no errors now.

Also redid the quick keys, so you have 0-20 to match the 21 groups you have. You can change them to your liking because I couldn't figure out how you had them originally.

The last 8 groups only have Freqs and no TGIDs, this is how you had them, they weren't changed. But you will receive nothing on them.
Holland DPW, Holland SP, Grand Rapids ITP, Meijer Gardens, Saugatuck DPW, Saugatuck ITA, T&W Electronic, and Van Buren RC.
These have their quick key turned off so they will not scan when you start the scanner since there is no TGIDs to scan. You need to add TGIDs to each one.

Also anything over about 30-40 miles away will be out of range, from your location, and you will only be able to receive them when are traveling in the area they are in.

Download the below file, copy it to your Proscan directory, and open it in Proscan. Then upload the file to your scanner. Make sure the upload screen looks like the graphic below..

Apologies for not replying immediately, I was busy today.

Basically, I broke sites up into regions and keyed them based on that region, just for the convenience of listening to stuff in my car while I travel, even though I have it connected to GPS, It allows me to turn off certain sites outside of the area that I travel in after the scanner gets disconnected from the GPS. It's supposed to make it easy to hear what I want to hear in that area when I press that quick key.

Do you have the DMR upgrade?
Yes.

Those groups/systems were made for discovering when I'm in those areas. When I capture something, log it, & compile it (if there are many), they will be published on the RRDB.

Ok then you will want to redo the quick keys to your liking. Also I did not add the DMR freqs in those 5 groups because I didn't know if you had the upgrade. I would add them one at a time and see if the programming still works. Also you can avoid any channel that I added that you don't want.

If you make any changes, save the changes under a different name so you always have the file I sent that works to fall back on.
