ITHA Now Patching in Astro [P25]

To anyone who monitors the ITHA Frequencies (ie 854.9875) - it definately sounds like some of the officers are now using P25, as it definately sounds like P25 comm's are being patched thru. Radios used to monitor are : XTS5000 and MTX838. Kinda like a "hybrid" system.

Has anyone else noticed this?
