This won't answer your question, but they were on dual dispatch (Jackson frequency and County UHF) quite a while ago and word was out then that they were going to County UHF dispatch strictly. After a short run of that (dual dispatch), they went back to the Jackson frequency only. Now, for the past week or so, they've been on County UHF, and, although I didn't hear that message, I guess they're back on the Jackson frequency again. County dispatches either way, so it's not like it's an extra burden for them to be on County UHF. Sounds like either somebody can't make up their mind or there are conflicting opinions.
