Thanks for the information.Search for "Russian buzzer".
I am in Fort Erie Canada, the time is in the video, the noise is still there. Sorry I have no other information.It does appear to be similar to UVB-76. If we have the recieved location (can be a general reference) and time it can help us to get a better idea of the event. Sometimes buzzer stations pop up off frequency (as in a differnt one than the well known frequency 4625). It's possible that these could be of a differen origin than the actual buzzer.
This is not a noted UVB-76 pop up frequency that I am aware of. Any information is helpful here.

Since we cannot read them due to resolution that comes through, what mode is your audio (sideband to identify unknowns like this is almost necessary) and what are the frequencies at the ends of each of the signals?Is this a jamming signal on 19 meters or something else ???????
