Jasper EMS 151.76 PL 77.0?

I'm hearing an EMS service from Jasper on 151.76 or 151.7625 with PL of 77.0 but I don't find this in any database.

Anyone know what the name of the EMS service is and have the callsign?

151.760 is a business itinerant frequency but shouldn’t be used at high power since they are not licensed to use it. No one in Texas appears to actually be licensed to use it at high power. Last time I was there in early 2022, they used Allegiance Health as their 911 provider and they didn’t use radios, only phones and apps. The guy I talked to at a gas station said they couldn’t talk to the locals because the company didn’t install any.
