Seems JFCO is encrypted now. I would love to be wrong, but it seems we're another step into the dystopian crap hole. I know, I know, it's about PII or "officer safety".

What frequencies or Talkgroups are Encrypted?
100% or just occasionally?

Jefferson Co SO (4553) is 100% encrypted now. The other Jefferson Co talk groups appear to still be in the clear.

KSICS does not allow “occasionally” encrypted. Talkgroups are either clear or encrypted.
