Johnson County Fire updates on NTIRN

Below is the updated naming layout for the Johnson County Fire talk groups. JC Fire is no longer using an "A" and "B" designation for each channel, they are simply labeled 2-10 now. At the moment the channels are still pre-assigned per geographic area which I have an accurate key for on my Johnson/Tarrant County Fire Broadcastify feed. In the future, the channels will be pre-assigned based on incident types but there is not a definitive timeline on when this change is taking place. For some background- I am an Engineer/Paramedic at Crowley Fire Department and along with my Battalion Chief I handle communications hardware/software updates for our department. I am in contact with the comms guy at JCESD1 so this information is up to date. I will post future updates on this thread.​

You said that there is no Fire A/B, but the chart you list above still has A in them. Can you please clarify? These can also be submitted to RR database as a change.

They are moving away from the A and B designations but as of now I do not have updated names for the “A” talk groups. They have only removed the “B” and made those talk groups the main fire channels.
