Jones Beach Airshow 2023

Practice is today (Friday, 5-26-23). I figured I would start a thread where we can share frequencies. Air Boss last year was 128.250. Hope we can lock this years Air Boss freq. in later today.
Here is some audio I picked up yesterday.
From beginning, up to 16:43, are the Geico Skytypers practicing their show.
After 16:43 are the Thunderbirds arriving into Islip airport.

Your feed says "on air" but it doesn't seem to be working.

Looks like the bcd536hp lost its Wi-Fi connection. I’ll have to send my wife into the radio room later today. Unfortunately I’m limited in mobility after surgery so I need her help in power cycling the scanner, and then hoping it reconnect to the Wi-Fi.

Looks like the bcd536hp lost its Wi-Fi connection. I’ll have to send my wife into the radio room later today. Unfortunately I’m limited in mobility after surgery so I need her help in power cycling the scanner, and then hoping it reconnect to the Wi-Fi.

The 536's wifi connection is a PIA. Mine drops out all the time despite having a killer signal on the 2.4 GHz channel from my AP.

Glad to see you posting, sent a few unimportant emails recently that you haven't gotten to yet, but all good, was just checking in. Heal up and get better soon, bro!

I have the same problem here with the scanner losing wifi connection, so I went and bought a pack of Kasa Smart Plugs from Amazon and plugged the scanner into one of them. Now all I have to do is use the Kasa app on my phone to turn the scanner off and back on.
