You can try the few frequencies here, but they're mostly backup / not actively used by the looks of it, in terms of public safety. Doesn't look like a heck of a lot else in the area to listen to on a very basic analog scanner like that.

You need a much newer and advanced digital scanner to hear much of anything, in terms of police or other public safety for your area. You'd be looking more into the Uniden BCD325 / 996P2, or 436/536HP series, at least. There's some older used options that may work. But the main point being, you won't be hearing much of anything on the unit you have.
