Diamond X50NA and a J-pole for GMRS (yes, I see it's a little "off", gonna have to adjust a little!)

Looks nice. Except maybe for the service loops at the lightning arrestors and the cable that stretches towards them from the left. Tighten up those loops and make the cable go perfectly horizonal to the left then straight up. If things are not at perfect right angles I loose sleep and make both service loops the exact same diameter please.

It's LMR400. I doubt I could make a right angle if I tried!

And is making the loops the same diameter functional, or aesthetic?

Aesthetic. Cable could at least be secured to the building as it comes down then make a reasonably tight bend radius and head towards the lightning arrestors. You might be a real nice guy but someone approaching your house and seeing that may change their mind.

Yeah... this is in a town where people mind their business and their neighbors. Anyone who effs around with another man's property will find out pretty! :ROFLMAO: Pretty much everyone here has boats, old trucks, backhoes, guns, dogs... you get the idea.

I appreciate the suggestion, and will see where I can neaten up a little, but those loops aren't "planned"... that's just how much cable was left, and I'd rather they be where they are than "neater" somewhere else.

I know Chandler, my parents lived in Mesa for a few years and I was part of the Vatos Locos gang in Mesa. We know all about messing with ya'lls property. My gang made sure Mesa had real clean antenna and coax installs and they still do to this day.

So, ya gonna clean up those loops???

I just bought a Diamond X50NA over the Thanksgiving holiday and I can't wait to setup for shack. Curious, what is your overall impression for this antenna? For my use case, it's mostly going to be used for Yaesu Wires-X operation. Any feedback is appreciated. :)

Y'all need to get some hogs. They are always hungry, and whatever enters, exits with different DNA.
Now to keep this on topic, don't run coax too close to the pens. Those critters will eat coax too.... 🫣
