So I was just browsing the Justice Integrated Wireless Network page of the db and noticed there are a lot of Washington *state* entries listed. I realize there are an inordinate number of JIWN entries for the PNW (which is a little confusing as well - shouldn't the JIWN have a presence in every state, if not every major metropolitan area?), but why are Washington state systems included?

The system has a lot of Washington state entries because there are sites in Washington state. It's a trunked system, and so it gets listed in whatever states/cities there is a physical site present that is part of the same system (matching SysID/WACN).

No JWIN here in the New England states, let us hope it stays that way

Or they only wanted to build the system out in those areas? Or it's a work in progress? I'm not really sure what you're trying to get at here.
