Keeping callsign?

Hi all,I was wondering how you could keep your callsign when upgrading to the general class license? Is there a form to fill out or a box to check when you take the general class license test?

Your call sign won't change unless you request a change. Unless you really don't like your call sign for some reason, there's not much point in requesting a change from Tech to General, they both use the same call sign group. The only significant change in call sign is between something else to Extra class, those call signs are different.
There's a box to check on the form if you want to change call signs when up grading.
