Are the frequencies for Kentucky Bureau of Investigations used much?

As far as I understand the Kentucky Bureau of Investigations is an extremely small organization with very limited roles across KY. I also don't believe that their radios utilize a repeater either. Therefore, I don't think you would be likely to hear anything give their small size (agency that is), infrequent use (very limited field investigations) and short range (no repeater).

Caveat: This is based from limited experience and conjecture so please someone let me know if I am incorrect.

Actually KBI is no more. It is now Kentucky Department of Criminal Investigations. They're under the Attorney General but all the investigators are sworn LEOs. They take cyber and drug cases. I'm not real sure about their radios now. KBIs radios were in bad condition years ago.
