Kenwood: KENWOOD TS 450

Hey Everybody!!
Having troubles
When I turn on my amp and relay switch I should get a reading of 90 Ma. Problem is I dont get anything for a reading. One thing that is different, the radio is supposed to be in CW mode but it now shows CWR
Does anyone know what CWR is , and is this creating my problem.

Got this from the manual for the TS-450 (CW indicator indicates CW has been selected,R indicator indicates CW/FSK-R (reverse) has been selected). hope that helps........
